At AgriTrust , we value transparency and fairness in all transactions. All payments made through our platform are considered final unless stated otherwise in a written agreement. Refunds are not automatically issued but may be granted under specific conditions outlined in this policy.
This policy applies to all products, services, subscriptions, wallet top-ups, and marketplace transactions conducted via our website or mobile applications.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payments – If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Unauthorized transactions – Provided the issue is reported promptly and confirmed through our investigation.
- Service failure – If the service you purchased was not delivered due to an error or fault on our part.
- Incorrect billing – Where a technical error caused you to be charged an incorrect amount.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not provide refunds for the following:
- Payments for completed and successfully delivered transactions.
- Training sessions or workshops that have already been attended or accessed.
- Funds already disbursed to farmers, cooperatives, or service providers.
- Subscription fees for any period that has already commenced.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit your request by email to helprefund@agritrust.ng within 7 days of the original transaction date.
- Include the transaction reference number, payment receipt, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our support team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and may request additional information for verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting AgriTrust NG may delay the resolution process. We encourage customers to work directly with our support team for faster assistance.
